Refund Policy

Overview

CPI Dark sells digital access to AI video generation tools. Access is delivered electronically after payment, so the rules below apply to every purchase.

Refund window

You can request a full refund if both conditions are met:

• you ask within 3 days of your payment, and
• no credits have been used on your account.

No refunds after that

Once more than 3 days have passed, or as soon as any credits are used, the payment is final and no refund is available. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month.

If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver working access after you pay, we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Send us a message on Telegram with your payment confirmation and the email used for your plan. We reply within 24 hours.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet you paid from. Network fees may be deducted.

Contact us before opening a dispute

If you have any problem with your purchase, please contact us on Telegram first. We will work to solve it quickly. Please do not open a payment dispute, chargeback or reversal request before contacting us. If a dispute is opened for a service that was delivered, we may suspend the access linked to that payment and we will submit evidence of the delivery and use of the service to the payment provider.
