1. About CPI Dark

CPI Dark is an independent reseller of managed access to AI video and image generation tools, including Google Flow. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

2. The service

Each plan gives you one month of access with the number of credits shown on the plan. Credits are used each time you generate a video or image, and the number deducted depends on the plan and the settings you choose. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

3. Payment

Plans are paid in cryptocurrency, arranged through our Telegram contact. Prices are shown in US dollars on this site. Access is activated after we confirm your payment.

4. Account setup

To activate your plan you must provide an email address as requested by us and follow the setup instructions we send you. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Access is for one person and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, to abuse or overload it, or to try to bypass the limits of your plan. We may suspend or end access without a refund if these terms are broken.

6. Availability

The service depends on third-party tools and platforms. We work to keep access running, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted, or that features of those platforms will not change. If we cannot deliver working access, our Refund Policy applies.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us on Telegram first. If a payment dispute, chargeback or reversal request is opened for a service that was delivered, we may suspend the related access and submit evidence of delivery and use to the payment provider.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, CPI Dark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss that goes beyond the amount you paid for the plan in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
